If you look on the next page of the docs you will see the following line:
"FastCGI is now always enabled and can not be disabled. See sapi/cgi/CHANGES for more
details."
So, it looks like you will not have to do anything to install the new faster FastCGI. I haven't
looked into it, though, as I don't run a windows server, so I may be wrong.
