OK, so we now need Windows 2008 or Vista SP1 with IIS7 or we are screwed? What about legacy systems
(IIS5/6 - Windows 2000/XP/2003)? It seems to be a pain to install FastCGI on older versions.
It's not that easy to install on newer systems. Where is the documentation to install the
"much better FastCGI" sapi instead? Not on php.net as I can see.
Was there any deprecation notice? Or you just dropped the ISAPI support without notice?
