note 92487 added to language.namespaces.importing

There seems to be no way to remove an alias (or even an import). Which is bad but not usual for PHP which never tries to have a well engineered orthogonal feature set. Are imports or alias values bound to namespaces? Imports and alias should all be reset after a new namespace is opened.
