The problem with PHP's Java API is that it's really hard to find php_java.dll for new
versions of PHP... is there a website I have missed somewhere that is replacing pecl4win for these
kinds of downloads?
Using PHP without PECL libs is really difficult, and compiling them manually requires a lot of
effort..
