Is strtotime screwed when parsing January dates after 2010? Take a look:
Code is simply some lines like
print "2011-01-01 is " . date("M d, o", strtotime('2011-01-01')) .
"\n";
For 2009 it's fine:
2009-01-01 is Jan 01, 2009
2009-01-02 is Jan 02, 2009
2009-01-03 is Jan 03, 2009
2009-01-04 is Jan 04, 2009
2009-01-05 is Jan 05, 2009
