note 92623 added to install.windows

VC-9 thread safe on windows vista x64. don't bother with the msi, it doesn't install. ms installer reports "This installation package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package." no specific x64 packages are available from the windows php website. site performance is also horrible (6+ hours to download 28mb on 1.5mb dsl). ---- Server IP: 69.147.83.197 Probable Submitter: 209.150.214.198 ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.windows.php Edit -- https://master.php.net/note/edit/92623 Del: integrated -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/92623/integrated Del: useless -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/92623/useless Del: bad code -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/92623/bad+code Del: spam -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/92623/spam Del: non-english -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/92623/non-english Del: in docs -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/92623/in+docs Del: other reasons-- https://master.php.net/note/delete/92623 Reject -- https://master.php.net/note/reject/92623 Search -- https://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
