did some performance on include, include_once, require, require_once and got the following results:
testing
avg:
0.00025210937500002 :require (320)
0.00017902500000002 :include (320)
0.00024565312500002 :require_once (320)
0.00017923437500002 :include_once (320)
where testing was the file included between the two microtime comparisons
the time on the left is the avg it took to compute requests that is (the total time added up from
each request divided by the total requests, or the independent variable, in this case, 320).
using _once compared to regulars is considerably unnecessary, unless running HUGE applications and
projects.
however, with figures, require runs 140.8% slower than include, so include is the safer approach for
speed
