Testing on my own machine does not bear out the assertion that SplFixedArray will be faster than the
internal array class. Example:
Testing size: 16384000
Array(): 65.7632870674
SplArray(): 905.794893026
Testing size: 32768000
Array(): 1180.9017539
SplArray(): 1608.63215113
