Hi, I am trying to debug some functions in TYPO3 to use a II6 as Webserver. Company Requirements. I am trying to use use the "diff.exe" from sourceforge. The Program is executed all right and returns data. Problem: The array passed to the exec()-function get filled, but just with one big string in the first element! Newlines do not get seperated into the different elements, as the manual says. I had the same issue with using "xpdf.exe" on Windows with IIS6. This is another fundameltal difference between using exec() on Linux or Windows. ---- Server IP: 217.13.201.10 Probable Submitter: 85.181.14.131 ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.exec.php Edit -- https://master.php.net/note/edit/92781 Del: integrated -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/92781/integrated Del: useless -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/92781/useless Del: bad code -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/92781/bad+code Del: spam -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/92781/spam Del: non-english -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/92781/non-english Del: in docs -- https://master.php.net/note/delete/92781/in+docs Del: other reasons-- https://master.php.net/note/delete/92781 Reject -- https://master.php.net/note/reject/92781 Search -- https://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php
