I tried to create a new folder by mkdir(); but I couldn't be success.

mkdir("mydir",0777);
?>
But there is no directory.
I looked php_error_logs:
"PHP Warning: mkdir() [<a href='function.mkdir'>function.mkdir</a>]:
Permission denied"
How can I fix that problem?
