If configuring under IIS 7 (Server 2008) you need to copy the 2 SSL dlls in the php main folder to
the windows system32 folder. The ldap module won't load otherwise (even with PHP main dir in
path).
Files specifically are ssleay32.dll and libeay32.dll.
These dlls are probably required for any other modules that have been precompiled with SSL support.
Currently tested with PHP 5.2.6
