When producing quoted printable emails this is the right way
$subject="Subject: =?iso-8859-1?Q?". imap_8bit("áéÃóú").
"?=";
and the following would do the wrong thing, because qprint over "=ED" would produce 8bit
data ( Ã ):
$subject="Subject: =?iso-8859-1?Q?". imap_qprint("=ED"). "?=";
