Problem calling python script from PHP using shell_exec. If the command is something like this
"C:\program files\python 3\python.exe myPy.py" would not run. I used dir /x to determine
the 8 character equivalent of "program files" and "python 3" sub-directories.
Substituting the 8 character equivalents into the command fixed the problem.
