pls help me to create a php code with this rules : -An AMC is made up of 3 figures of alphanumeric code, It is taken randomy and consist of the letters A through Z and the number 0 through 9. With Alphabet present before numeral -Five letters I / J / O / Q / V is not used in AMC in order to prevent any confusion in handwriting. -Omitting 2Z, B3, G4, C6, 5S, 0O without before and after exact location as soon as they are combined each other. -All letters are written by capital letters. -Every batch is issued an AMC.
