The table value entry lists aliases
e.g.
<?php
$result = $pdo->query('SELECT * FROM mytable t');
$meta = $result->getColumnMeta(0);
echo $meta['table'];
?>
Prints t rather than mytable. Because of this I cannot use PDO for my ORM.
Needless to say, I've gone back to MySQLi and will keep using it until PDO is feature rich
enough to be useful in larger projects.
