I'm using PHP under WinXPSP2, and I cannot execute programs with any of functions exec, system,
shell_exec, proc_open, *even* after giving *all rights* to user IUSR_... to cmd.exe *and* the
program in question, *and* the directory it resides in.
I am really annoyed by this, does anyone have a solution to this? I searched about a TON of sites,
and none of the answers worked for me. Plus, all the similar questions here are simply disregarded
as not having anything to do with PHP.
