note 94017 added to ref.fileinfo

I'm kind of confused to be honest. There was a nice function called mime_content_type that simply returned the... (guess what?) mime content type. So now it's gone and it's been replaced by something that doesn't just return the mime content type... How's that simpler? So I guess we're all going to create our own function called mime_content_type and inside it put the fileinfo code that's required just to get the mime content type...
