Just a simple question, which confuses me with latest PHP binaries download:
where is php5isapi.dll in VC9 packages?
All instructions for installation of PHP as ISAPI module refer to php5isapi.dll, which was included
in all PHP version, as I remember, before 5.2. But now it is gone.
