Just a little flaw I just encountered while developing on a Windows server.
"%e" tag is unsupported on the Windows platform, so if you try to execute a
strftime("%e", $theTime)
you'd receive an empty string as the result.
To strip blank or 0 chars at the beginning of a tag Windows uses a "#" in the tag, i.e.
strftime("%#d", $theTime)
works as expected.
