Be carefull with FILE_APPEND on Windows. Windows does support upper and lower case letters in
filenames, but does not support 2 files which just differs by case in the same folder. Thus if you
want to append on two different files, which only differ in case in the same folder, this is not
possible, and you will append to the same one!!!
