When trying to make a class dealing with XML specifically, I placed xml_set_element_handler into a
method (not a constructor) and tried to declare the starthandler as another method within the same
class, this casuses an error.

A way around this is to declare the stard/end handlers are a function outside of any classes. Then
from these functions we can call the functions within classes but only after the object has been
instantiated.

I don't think this is convinient and will request a language change.
