note 94823 added to function.imap-createmailbox

Be warned that if you've connected using POP, functions like this won't work. This function will return false, without any error message in the imap_errors() array (at least in PHP 5.2.8). I've seen unanswered pleas on various forums dating back to 2005 on this one.
