It seems like all (most) filesystem functions fail is the filename (or part of the path) have a
space in them.
E.g. is_file("file name.txt") fails to return True.
Likewise with stat(), is_link() and is_dir().
I've tried escaping the space (" " -> "\ ") and escapeshellcmd() but
still no luck.
Any ideas?
