Then, they go to a page to confirm their note, but this page also tells them a (condensed) version of the rules such as " -Make sure your note is not a question (ask these at php-general@lists.php.net) -Make sure your note is not a bug or a feature request (report these at http://bugs.php.net) If your note is any of these, it will be deleted. Hit the submit button below to continue... " Note is submitted How does that sound?
