The CCleaner utility; if used, has an IIS (or DNS Cache) option in it that can delete the path to
your session variables... Your session variable path is stored in the php.ini file.
CCleaner removed our path to the session variables:
session.save_path="C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\php\session"
Without this path on your server, PHP could not pass session_start variables amongst pages.
