Is this and DateTimeZone::listAbbreviations() the most useless pair of commands in PHP, or what?
Who was the complete moron who designed the returned array structure? A double level layer of
useless array keys? Say what? And nobody in the world uses the supposed time zone abbreviations in
the first level key.
