note 94971 added to function.set-time-limit

Im not a pro programmer and my knowledge on servers are very limited. So could you kindly let me know where to go on the Plesk admin panel and a basic step on how to increase the "maximum execution time limit" from 30 seconds (which is the current time limit) to 300 seconds. Im also getting this CGI error as follows: ------------------- FastCGI Error The FastCGI Handler was unable to process the request. Error Details: * The FastCGI process exceeded configured activity timeout * Error Number: 258 (0x80070102). * Error Description: The wait operation timed out. HTTP Error 500 - Server Error. Internet Information Services (IIS) ------------------ Pls advise and give step by step details on this.
