i am trying to implement the route command from linux with php. i have busted my brains for some
days now, trying everything on the net (i will give some examples below) but still couldn't get
it to work.
$add = shell_exec("/sbin/route del 192.168.183.5");
echo
route del 192.168.183.4;
$defaultRoute = shell_exec("route add 192.168.183.8 gateway 192.168.183.2");
all these examples i have found on the web and tested but php still doesn't do anything. i can
run the route command and the see the IPs listed there but i cannot use del/add to modfy them. i am
using fedora 6. can anyone please help, i am a little desperate about this project?
