note 14628 added to function.session-set-save-handler.php

I set up a session save handler for Sybase and was having problems because the write() function was not executing. After examining the PHP source code, I found an undocumented function named session_write_close(). This function apparently forces the call to the write() function in your handler. After I placed this function near the bottom of my script, the write() function got called and the Sybase row was written properly.
