note 95377 added to function.session-start

For those of you running in problems with UTF-8 encoded files: I was getting an error because of the BOM, although i set Dreamweaver to "save as" the without the BOM. It appears that DW will not change this setting in already existing files. After creating a new file withou the BOM, everything worked well.
