I am having trouble with strtotime
i was using a 5.2.10v offline and a
5.2.12v installation online
provided the code below:
$timein = '12/28/2009 09:09 AM';
$timeout = '12/28/2009 06:26 PM';
$sec = strtotime($timeout)-strtotime($timein)+
(strtotime($timeout)<strtotime($timein));
echo date('H', $sec)+(date('i', $sec)/60);
outputs 9.28 on 5.2.10
outputs 4.28 on 5.2.12
I'm a little thrown by now, and i cant figure out why...
