note 95849 added to install.windows.installer.msi

error php5ts.dll: please remove my latest comment above as are wrong, i get out the solution for all problems about installing php under apache, that are coming out only for one reason: extensions all activated in the php.ini file (i have install php in this way, with all features) cause all errors reported about php5ts.dll.
