Installing and testing v5.3.1 VC9 on IIS6 using FastCGI and learned of the new'ish
date.timezone setting from errors in my test script (echo("Result with date():<br
/>");) since I didn't set this in the php.ini.
Setting date.timezone to = PDT or = PST threw same errors as with no setting, while =
America/Los_Angeles produced no errors. Seems this geographical format is going to be required.
