Does anyone know how to enabale Nepali locale on Windows Vista?
I have added the Nepalese keyboard and the text displays and types fine in Nepali. But the setlocale
doesn't seem to work on windows. It works fine on Linux though.
Any past experiences about specific Nepali issues/hints?
