note 96054 added to function.gethostbynamel

Using gethostbynamel locally, I have 4 different address:
Array
(
[0] => 28.225.45.27
[1] => 192.168.0.200
[2] => 172.16.128.1
[3] => 172.16.138.1
)
The first is the IP of the WIFI and the second is of the Ethernet. The other two I don't know.
Do you know if it's possible to know which is the hardware that have that IP?
