Unfortunately $_GLOBALS and other Globals are not the behaving same

$_GLOBAL['myvar'] = $_ENV['myvar'] = 'value';
function glo() {
echo $_ENV['myvar']; //value
echo $_GLOBALS['myvar']; //NULL
}
glo();
?>
