note 96373 deleted from function.fread by danbrown

Note Submitter: bilalghouri at live dot com ---- hello. The function dl_file_resumable works with local files only. I wonder if someone could modify it to work with remote files too. So far Ive done this : write my own get remote filesize function. modified dl_file_resumable , removed the file exist check. added my remote filesize, it does work then with remote files. but does not resume, I assume its becuz the check filesize does not have seek support.. Im using curl to get headers for the filesize... Maybe someone could improve it.
