note 96401 added to book.apc

Hi, I have installed and configured APC in my server. Everything is fine and I have copied the apc.php in my document root for monitoring the statistics and to check the pages that are being cached after each visit. But even after many visits , the "System Cache Entries" tab of the apc.php page only displays one file as being cached. Is there anything I have to do regarding this? are my pages being cached?
