It seems that the documentation is not correct OR a bug has been introduced into the code for
imagexbm.
On windows (Vista Home Ed.), Apache 2.0.52 and PHP 5.3.0,
if I pass NULL as the second parameter, this WILL crash my Apache server.
When not setting the second parameter at all, I'll get an error message telling me i need to
set the second parameter.
For me, a solution here is to just put an empty string as the second parameter. In my case, this
solved the issue.
