I cannot find any documentation on how to use curl to make a form post when the form includes a
select statement and the form post needs to include more than one select option.
For example, how would you form the post array for the following form if you want to specify both
London and Paris?
<form method="POST" action="myscript.php">
Name: <input type=text name="name">
City: <select name="city" size=6 multiple>
<option>London
<option>Paris
<option>Frankfurt
<option>Tokyo
<option>New York
<option>Sydney
</select>
<input type=submit>
</form>
If I form a simple array than the second city key will overwrite the first.
