To "basicartsstudios" about tables rendering:
User agents may not render tables incrementaly, especialy if column width is not set as
"fixed", and needs to be calculated as a result of all cells' widths in a column.
So to benefit in displaying speed due to output flushing (when we display a table), we need to use
apropriate html/css, too.
