According to 'What distinguishes PHP from something
like client-side JavaScript is that the code is executed
on the server, generating HTML which is then sent
to the client.'
What about IE and Mozilla support on client side?
I've seen number of times that PHP was used in the
way described here:
"Download PHP 5 and unzip it somewhere (e.g. C:\php-5.0.0 â you need to create this
directory!)
2. From a command prompt;
C:> cd php-5.0.0 C:\php-5.0.0> regsvr32 php5activescript.dll"
So, I feel that it makes sense add some words that PHP
is able work on client side but designed mostly for server side applications.
