It would be really nice if the Warning "Please do not use any of the timezones listed here
(besides UTC), they only exist for backward compatible reasons." was moved above the table of
timezones. I started using GMT+ / GMT- and it took me 2 hours to understand that they are
implemented the "other way round" by the Operating System. Seeing the warning in the first
place would have saved me a lot of frustration and failed unit tests.
