in LAMPS (php:5.2.13), if the php scripts itself is saved with utf-8 encoding, the php script not
compiled but displayed as text contents(http://www.mymediacv.com/spotlight/test.php).
If saved with ascii encoding, it could get compiled and executed
properly(http://www.mymediacv.com/test.php).
what could be the reason?
