note 97340 added to function.quoted-printable-encode

Although tzangerl's function is useful, it chokes in certain cases. I haven't finished figuring out why, but if it's fed a string with no whitespace that's long enough, it enters an infinite loop. (This could easily happen with a URL, for instance.)
