I have Windows Server 2003. I had issues getting PHP pages to work once I installed PHP. I found this website, which fixed the issues I was having. http://www.visualwin.com/PHP/ Don't worry about making the phpscript folder with the cmd prompt. Just set your Web Service Extension to the php-cgi.exe and all the ext under Mappings for your sites.
