I can not believe php on 32-bit OS could process 64-bit unique integer correctly, so I have a
question about CAS, If PHP 32-bit can only do things right when the number < 2^52, I might never
update value by calling cas() with a wrong token which gotten by memcached::get method.
Is it possible ? thanks.
