note 97959 added to mysql.installation

Hi, We are trying to access Drupal content manageent system on windows xp. This requires PHP. 5.2, MySQL 5.1 and Apache 2.2. I have installed those but while trying to open one PHP file using the php.exe or php-win.exe, its showing me the error as oci.dll was not found. Please suggest how to fix this.
