note 98085 added to function.ldap-bind

Against our w2003 (converted from previous nt4 ), ldap_bind seems to work only
- passing the full DN as RDN
or
- passing the "display name" as RDN
against another w2003 i "met", it worked with
- userPrincipalName
...still trying to guess what is going on...
