note 98357 added to soapclient.soapclient

PHP 5.2.11 seems to not be very picky about the correctness of a WSDL. Other SOAP clients were complaining about schema and namespace issues, while PHP's SoapClient worked completely fine. Fixing those issues for the other clients however broke PHP's SoapClient to the point where objects being passed to the SOAP method were becoming empty arrays on the server side.
